Imagine you're Yan An, you came back from hiatus, didn't get the chance to perform in RTK and promote Dr. Bebe but the moment you came back and promoted another song with your co- members, you got your first ever win?! Imagine you're Kino, working your ass off and been wanting that first win because you've been robbed before. Cried in television because it has been years but still no win and then afterwards, came the win?! Imagine you're Hui, doing everything you can for your group. Going beyond the limits, trying everything that is possible in order for your group to be recognized and to get that first win and then with all the hardwork, you finally got that first win? Imagine you're Yuto, you're from Japan and you became an idol but years have passed and you still haven't got your first win yet, then not giving up, eventually you got your first win? Imagine you're Jinho and you just enlisted in the military then you heard that your group won fina-fucking-lly and you weren't there to atleast hug them, cry with them, shout with them or celebrate with them?! Imagine your Hongseok, Shinwon, Yeo One, Wooseok... doing your best, giving all you've got, waiting patiently for the right time. With a strong mind, a strong heart, and a lot *A LOT* of efforts, all of those paid off and you got your first win. I know hun, I know. I'm not the only one crying.

Weki Meki debuted in 2017 under Fantagio (Astro’s company) and have two former I.O.I members (project group formed from the first season of Produce 101). Weeekly are rookies under Play M Entertainment (Apink’s company) and debuted this year. I don’t know too much about them but they’ve had a pretty successful first year. None of these groups have won on a music show so no matter who won this time, it would’ve been their first win. But it’s been a long time coming for PTG so I’m happy for them.

Watching this video gave me a roller coaster turn of emotions, here's why: 1. This is their 1st win after their debut (4 years in the industry). And they just literally celebrated their anniversary few weeks ago. THE BEST ANNIV GIFT FOR PENTAGON & UNIS. 2. Jinho is already serving in the military (Imagine if he's there as well) and Hui is about to enlist (Such a nice send-off gift for him). 3. This is Yanan's first comeback again after his year-long hiatus (😭😭😭) 4. i’ve seen these guys since before shine, every single comeback they put something different and work so hard, i know a lot of people only know shine and think the song should have gotten them their first win but they deserved it way before shine. each and every one of them is so talented and it was always hard to see them end promotions with no wins when they deserve them, to see them finally get what they have worked hard for is such a relief.
