There's a tiktok of Scott practicing his parts of this song by himself and well it's like so INSANE. There's basically no reoccurring rythm or pattern. Everything is all over the place like how do you remember all this? And it just works. Incredible. One of their most complex and probably hardest arrangements for sure.

Kirstie announced early the following year that she was pregnant in her first trimester during this tour. Her stylist worked with her to minimize the baby bump appearance, but it's visible in this video. Her pregnancy was the reason for the band's break between the evergreen tour and their Hollywood Bowl concert the end of September.

I saw them live in 2019. I was on a wheelchair platform added for the show(not permanently attached), and it was right next to one of the big speakers; Kevin had that thing(and my bones) vibrating and rocking the whole show.

Great reaction 🙂 As you've already seen this awesome live take, you should check out the original video as well (not as a reaction, but just for your own entertainment) - it's really fun and colorful. And I've seen a recording of Scott sitting in his headphones and practicing this song - it was nuts! Maybe you'll find it somewhere. I have no idea how they do it, they are not human 😉

Carmen, I just discovered your reaction videos and am loving your PTX (AKA Pentatonix) reaction videos. I noticed that you really like the low notes. I would like to recommend that you check out the video where Avi blows out the speakers and the one where Tim Faust (Home Free) blows out his speakers. In both videos the audience goes absolutely nuts, they are very cool videos. Just look up "Avi Kaplan blows speakers" and "Tim Faust blows speakers". I think you will really enjoy them. They are both short videos, so plan on do them with another video or you will have a very short video. Non-Christmas PTX songs I highly recommend are: Love Again (This is a PTX original) Sing (This is also a PTX original) Wizard of Ahhhs (This is actually a Todrick Hall video, but it is mostly PTX and is the first time Kirstin really takes on the lead roll) Cheerleader (This is just a fun song to listen to) And finally... Can't Hold Us (Who thought they could rap. I'm not a fan of rap music, but PTX really hits this one out of the park) All of these have Avi in them. After you have checked out those videos, we can talk about Home Free and Voiceplay, two more acapella groups with insanely low basses.

Wonderful reaction. I did not get to see them live last year or this year for the Christmas tours but they streamed them and I watched those. Both were amazing. There is a channel PTX Weekly News that uploads all kinds on PTX videos and tik toks. She just uploaded a bunch of videos from this year’s live stream. Hope you had a very Merry Christmas.
