This was the first time I ever heard of Pentatonix. I was blown away that there are no instruments - it's ALL voice. Astounding then, and I shared this video with everyone I knew. I've loved this group ever since. Pentatonix never fails to amaze me with how they all come together - even when they adapt to changes in the group from time to time.

Nick Santangelo Hi :) I’m glad you were able to find some peace and happiness listening to this group, they’re a ray of sunshine :) I do recommend you try EFT, it’s a tapping technique that’s been used to heal many, many people and works wonders on those with PTSD, including war veterans. Brad Yates has an amazing channel here on KZbin and you can do all of it along with him. I’ve used his videos and they’ve helped me beyond belief, and I believe they can help you too. Nick Santangelo I hope it helps you :) Also, if you feel you may need more help, please see an EMDR therapist. It’s a technique that’s used to process trauma, and works much, much faster and even more effectively than talk therapy alone. I saw an EMDR therapist and she was so helpful and kind. It usually takes only about 4-8 sessions, or 1-2 months, to see results almost completely heal past trauma, even serious traumas. The United Kingdom uses the method to help their own veterans, and many, many scientific studies have shown that it works very well, although we don’t know why.

I’m in high school and will be joining an honor choir hosted by avi Kaplan in April.... we’ll be singing this..... I’m 14 and a bass 2 and these notes he’s hitting are pure intimidating Update: Just got done with it yesterday, it was amazing. I trained hard enough beforehand and was able to hit those B1’s, which was my first main fear. I gave Avi a handshake, hugged him, talked a tiny bit, got two pictures, and an autograph.
