This is my first time commenting . . . I live in a nursing home, and to my shame, I wasn't even aware of your existence until I ran into Mary Did You Know a few months ago. Since then I have become a Pentaholic. Whenever I need a break from writing and school (yeah, I do a lot from the nursing home), or when I want to relax, I turn on your music. I love the positive vibes, the way you make old songs new again, and I love your original music, which I must assume reflects your personal and performance philosophies. (I say that as a novelist and a poet-in-the-making,) Music transcends language and aims straight for the heart, and you never disappoint. I also love the fact Mitch, Scott and Kirstie have known each others forever. What a role model for young artistic kids, who don't necessarily fit in the groove of the popularity & sports jock mindset of school . . . They are so real, and that's one of the things that makes them so special and so dear to me. I'm in a wheelchair, so it's very hard to get to a concert or anything like that, so I watch their videos every. single. day. I feel like I know and love each one of them personally and they are all so precious to me. I'm 66, so that proves that their voices transcend over all age groups. Thanks for doing this. I'm one of those guys who have adored everything you've done since you were starting up, but I usually never post or write anything on any of the platforms, I just appreciate what you do from a distance, haha. However, this struck a chord with me, cause even though I watch your videos over and over, and play your songs on spotify over and over, and show you off and/or introduce you to as many of my friends and family as possible, at a specific point I start consuming reaction videos like crazy. Like, when I've shown your work to pretty much everyone I know I start missing that high of watching someone else experience your stuff for the first time. Those "first reactions" are always priceless, but also just watching someone experience your latest stuff for the first time always brings joy to my heart as well. So... what I'm trying to say, in this overly long rant of mine, is that watching you react to people reacting to you was really special, especially with the twist of you actually surprising them at the end. I'd love to see more material like this in the future, if possible. I know it's not easy to set up, schedule or find the time to actually do it, but it was awesome. Thumbs up! Keep on being awesome. Oh, and I love the new album! :) Edit: Oh by the way... I'm from Stockholm, Sweden. I know that for a country this size there's not a whole lot of us, but it would be awesome to see you guys over here at some point. ;)
