ALL of Avi's solo songs are incredible, you really can't go wrong with any of them. Other Kirstie leads include My Favorite Things, Shallow and two songs she wrote: Be My Eyes and Water. She also has a solo EP that is really good and she wrote or co-wrote all the songs on. Standouts include Bad Weather, Naked and Break A Little. Plus there's an incredible solo live video of her singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow on an awards show that will bring tears to your eyes.

This song is old but gold. I don't know why I didn't take the time to listen to it before but this year I just decided to give it a shot again and oh my god...I was blown away. It took me a while to know which member was my favourite cuz every week I would change but now I've made my choice and it is Kirstie forever. She is precious, adorable, theatrical. In this video you can't get your eyes off her. The end is wonderful. Mitch and Scott are killing the melody too especially in the last chorus. If you take your time to listen these two, it's fascinating. My dear Avi always nails it. I miss him but I'm madly in love with Matt's voice and energy. Kevin never misses a single note and it's just beautiful to watch him both playing cello and beatboxing. That man is gifted. I love this group way too much. Great reaction and great smile!!

You did Avi's Aberdeen and Change On the Rise already. He has a really nice version of Bill Withers "Lean On Me" that he has donated all his profit from it to the Equal Justice Initiative. Bill Withers was Avi's favorite he died last year. A fun one of Avi's is "Born in California" especially because it mentions the Sequoia trees and he has just been made an ambassador for the Sequoias and Kings Canyon National Parks. Try Kirstie's personal channel for 4 or so songs that she released on her own in 2017.

On her channel "kirstin", she has the official videos for most of the songs on that album, as well as acoustic versions of three of them ("Break a Little", "All Night", and "Bad Weather") that she did for the Shadowlands Foundation (a wolf rescue organization). I actually like the acoustic version better than the "studio" version, because it's just her voice out there front and center with a guitar, keyboardist, and a cello.

Kirstin does the lead in a considerable amount of their holiday music. She also leads in the song "Water" off of their original album Pentatonix. There is a live version at Popspring 2016 on KZbin that is worth checking out. Avi has not put out anything that I wouldn't call a mini-masterpiece. He's a self-admitted perfectionist, which is probably why we're still waiting for the release of his latest music. But in the meantime, I agree with Maria as to which of his original songs you should check out. I would add one of my favorites, "Get Down", as an example of the masterful layering in many of his songs. (Note - that one is audio only, no video.)

He'll be doing shows in Belgium, the Netherlands, Paris, Luxembourg, Vienna, Germany, Poland, Prague, etc. I went to 3 of his shows back in 2019 (video'd the San Francisco and Dallas shows), and I can tell you that it's well worth some travel to get to one.
