For you guys wondering, I think the way they get to synchronizing so fast is that each member is a different tone/instrument. As in: Kirstin - Mezzo-soprano Scott - Baritone Mitch - Tenor Kevin - Cello Matt - Bass so I think they think of that part of the song they have. And then do their respectful part. Though it still takes lots of practice and intelligence to do that.
