In this week’s video we’re off to the south Cornwall coast to a HUGE site which is practially empty during the first week or so of October and is right on the beach at Pentewan. We go for a little run and then head off for a lovely walk to Mevagissey. Come along and take in the beautiful cornish coast on a beautiful sunny day.

Can't believe what nice weather we have had throughout October, Not been to Mevagissey for years....and it's not how I remember it at all, and at £9 to overnight we had best get back 👍 Love those socks Amanda 🥰👍

We are very blessed with the beautiful coast line we have but I always says it, things look much nicer when the suns shining ☀️ Oh dear, those two are going to have a lot to chat about when we finally meet up! Mark has been a fisherman since he was a teenager, he loves river fishing for Salmon and Trout although he hasn’t done it for a few years now with everything else we’ve been up to but has said about taking his fly rod 🎣 with us away but hasn’t to date! I love my socks too 🥰 Not long for you two now! Soooooo exciting!

We’re new here. We came to see some of gorgeous Cornwall. You certainly didn’t disappoint!! Your walk from the site was lovely. The views over the harbour were stunning. Never heard of Mevagissey, but it’s stunning. What a gorgeous coastline. Top day - ending with a gorgeous place for tea! Loved it 🍻

I know we’re very blessed to live in such a lovely place and be within such easy reach of both the North and South coast - Mevagissey is a favourite place of mine and we’ve spent a lot of time running along that part of the coastline. Thanks for watching guys, hope you’re well 😊 x

Hi Jim, thanks for watching and commenting. It’s a very nice site, lots to do there and in the local area BUT very busy during the summer. Yes it did, not another word was mentioned about it!

This site does not allow dogs, be aware. So that takes away 25% of families as 1 in four now own a furry fella. Very strange decision.

Hi Karl, yes we're aware of that and unfortunately we no longer have a dog so it's ok for us but it is a shame for families with dogs that want to stay. They do have a sister site at Heligan which allows dogs to stay and you can use the facilities at Pentewan but you'd have to leave your furry pet behind. Thanks for watching - Amanda & Mark 😍
