nice place actually of all penthouses I watched here, this and another one looks really appealing. btw, wearing shoes in the house is really distracting me esp cos of cultures in spore doesnt matter race. No shoes ahhh wear black socks

It’s nice but the recent transacted prices for this condo are around 1500 psf ; those who bought earlier have made huge losses. And yet the penthouses are still asking about 50 per cent plus psf above the market prices psf

I think I know why the previous owners made huge losses. Based on what I have seen, the layout is odd. Not regular rectangular or squarish. This is extremely bad for feng shui. I would NOT suggest buying this unit. The other units below, I cannot say since I have not seen.....

that helper's room was hella sad. In a house like this, the owner's can do better by offering a proper room instead of that, and it has to be right next to the laundry and kitchen like it was made for a slave
