It's basically sung to a lazy person i think.."ji timo tich e dala in ifwoyafwoya" means...people are working in the village whilst u r just -swaying by (i think my translation is not that good) and basically she is letting the lazy person know not to sit next to her...hehehe (or some bullshit like that)
