What hygiene factor are you referring to? The guy cutting raw potatoes with his bare hands? No mask? What microbe do you think is surviving a 350 degree fry for several minutes? These fries are actually without any seasoning or condiments before he added any. And those aren't all salt n pepper, it is made of pomegranate seed powder, coriander powder, garlic, cumin, hing and few other herbs and spices. Supposed to be heavily coated to balance the bland fries.
