I personally like the update, but I can see why other people don’t like it, my biggest complain with the update would be the whistle because it now doesn’t show your name username when you whistles which I think now makes finding your friend in the game complicated and another complain would be that sometimes I spawn into the game and get stuck in the floor and suddenly get fling out of the map and die but I don’t really mind it, but yea I really like the update (Also: Cereal)

Correction* it shows your name if they are near enough, it'll look orange, character will sometimes look blue depending on distance

It’s amazing how this solo project managed to wrap up 1 billion visits. The players are getting mad at a SINGLE person, who puts all of his mind and heart into this one project, even though the players well know it’s a single person behind this, not 2, not 4, not the size of Paradoxum Games, and they still expect a lot more. also cereal

The few gamepasses present in game for cheap make the survival aspect of it more preparable and tactical- you can waypoint a base, where you died, have more waypoints, check the time until the fun begins.

I only don't like the update cause they made pallets have random variations of the original color, so you can't have perfectly colored bases. The thirst and energy are entirely cosmetic, you only need to heal your hunger to be safe, either that or at least thirst or hunger is mandatory.

You can still have one Color base if you only use pallets of one Color. But yeah it’s a lot harder

As a pc/mobile update player myself, I really love the update since the gui of consumable items got revamped and that means I can now use medkits on mobile. The slide and whistle enemy detection is a great mechanic for mobility and detection. I rarely play on VIP server myself so don't really have opinions on them. But the feature I think I dislike about the update is the limited range of whistle for finding friends. I like playing the game a lot with friends but because of the recent update I think things just got harder for me. A lil bit of lag spike and most of my gameplay is just mostly surviving and finding my friends rather than playing with them more. It gets harder when you have more than 2 friends.

As a mobile player, the only annoying things I’ve encountered are bad sliding mechanics and lag. Also I feel like Uglyburger missed a huge opportunity with this update; Add more food! As a 3008 player and solo game developer for more than 2 years now, I do understand that it's really hard to make games yourself, I am for exemple making an obby where you need to change size and it takes me weeks of work 3-6 hours a day, sometime you become almost crazy because of how hard it is to do something and to think of new ideas.Cereal.

The bugs I noticed are: -Medkits dont work -(MOBILE) When dead, you see death screen and respawn button but can't respawn, button is broken Idk where all this black and white blank screen stuff and spawning in the void is coming from, sounds pretty generic to me

I’m one of the people who’s playing on an iPad and I don’t spawn on the void but it takes a while to load, I’m pretty much disliking the fact that mobile players are just broken and that I can’t use the map generation anymore. Also everything is more different so I just hope uglyburger makes a 3008 game or a game mode of the old game because there’s players like me who really loved the old one.

i recomend Singleplayer mode, its really easy to survive 'cause you can have all the food and it's not really laggy (In my case) but it can be a little boring. However, i have time that i don't play with friends and for me i feel comfort being alone :D i can't wait for the next update!

The only problem I have with the new update is the mod menu out in general. I feel like everything is crammed into one thing and or too small, like the buttons. If some things were more spread out, larger, and or smaller that'd be awesome. The add of the thirst and hunger system makes the game more realistic and it is annoying but, you gotta do what's best for you. *and your players and game* The fact that the creator is making the game for all devices possible doesn't mean he doesn't care about the money... Obviously they make the game better for his players to enjoy, which then will give him the money and chances and you know to make the game better. The fact that he does 90% alone shocks me because me and two of my older friends barely got a quarter of a map done within weeks all together.

Basically just survive as long as you can. You can die, but you'd have to find your base and supplies or just completely restart your base.

6:10 It doesn't show your country and state, it only shows the location of where the server you're playing on is located at; if you play in a private server then roblox will select the nearest server to your location.

2.71 can be summed up in one sentence it was small so it was 0.01 and not labeled as a full update, the pallets kinda suck, and no more gravity editing (i think), the ui is slightly worst now but theres new stuff and cooler stuff edit: whistling is cooler now and they got rid of thrist which sucked so pog

Just so you know, the location in the bottom right is not necessarily the player's location because Roblox developers have no way of accessing that. The only info in terms of geographic location is the player's country, not the IP. The place in the bottom right is the location of the server you are in, so you just coincidentally joined a server from Chicago.

I love how you can resize everything, and the new items - that being said as a mobile player, in vip servers (even rotating items in normal public servers) the buttons get stuck was a huge problem for me ( I have a very new very huge functioning Mobile device), I do hope this is updated soon

That old map generator feature were you could choose plots doesn't exist anymore, but here's how to use the new map generator: Deafult is just the normal 3008 map. The superflat mode is the mode with no stuff no furniture and just a floor. The Pre-2.6 mode is how the map looked before the 2.6 update got released. The Pre-2.3 mode is how the map looked before the 2.3 update got released. And pillar halls is a map with only pillars with tight passages. Cereal :D

I like the update. The only things i hate/dislike is that when you whistle the name doesn’t show up for a friend. Though, it’s very cool that it xrays nearby employees. The last thing i hate would be some things in the mod menu. I think they could’ve added more food and stuff, like *CEREAL* and things. It would be cool to to be able to make you own food too! Like for *CEREAL* you can find milk in plots, some spoons/forks, aswell as bowls for the cereal and the actual cereal to eat. Just thinking it’d be cool. This is like the Isle 9 update in which the graphics were almost completely overhauled, and the map expanded quite a good amount, there are options to make it better for mobile but I don’t think it can run anymore at least on my phone

the thing i hate in game is that you have like 20% hunger, you eat 4 lemons 3 cookies 2 water 1 dorito chips and you still have max 80% hunger. in old 3008 you just need to eat 3 thing and youll have almost full hunger (energy)

It makes me struggle a lot to find my friends since the map is huge. Now whistling just shows where employees are (and people but only if they are super close)

The only problem was I played 3008 (2.70) for a long time, so when 2.71 came out, the mod menu on my sever was REALLY weird where I was going "what whaaa why is there gap for the gun instead of a seprete thing? etc.". Also, one of my family members (who plays on moblie btw) said they couldn't play bc of overlapping.

i was playing 3008 in the 2.7 but when the update released i go to my VIP server the loading screen was different when it was done every texture was even better. i go to the mod menu, i didnt understand it very well so i will have to see all of it and memorize it. i noticed they added new stuff like the goldfish crackers, the easy button and the cookie. and they added what i always wanted. the weld tool.

I played this game for a whole night with 3 of my mates (we are all idiots who are above the age that should be playing Roblox and enjoying it) and it was the best time in our lives. Mobile player like me probably have had a glitch where your moving corner acts like your looking corner. better explanation… you look around while you walk the way you walk you go forward you look up you go back you look down! Mobile players can’t say it’s a 3008 bug because it’s happened in other games for me (sorry if you don’t understand)

They don’t understand that on some devices roblox has an issue giving the files and loading them for games these kids think they can just make 3008 a game with a lot of generation themselves and still allow old hardware to actually work. This is actually a problem I had, but on PC, but when I was trying to scroll through my food items, I couldn't move my mouse, because the game is a first person, and I tried moving my mouse, and it just ended up not working and making my character just look around, and I got pretty frustrated, this happening to me 5 times playing Sep 3000. Now, I'm not sure if that was just a bug or something, or I don't know, but all I know is it made the game unplayable, and I kept dying because I couldn't eat, so my energy kept being at zero, and it was a tough pain.
