This reading, #3, reminds me of a client years ago. At the time, my clients were French, speaking english also. She liked to take me to all her social events and demanded only 1 thing. I was told to Not speak in French, it made some sense as my French was poor. Then after a luncheon, we were talking of the people and conversations.
