I really like seeing the enemy's point of view (in fact, im making a video right now that is the same idea as this) and I also like seeing your point of view, but its hard to view both when they are both on the screen at the same time. So maybe if you are going to do another one of these videos, put your pov first, then the enemy's pov after. That way we can see both povs, and we can focus on one at a time (and the enemy pov would be bigger). In my video, im experimenting with this and I think it looks a lot better :) just a suggestion. On a side note, I really love your choice of music for these types of videos, so would it be okay if I use the same song (chasing you down) for my video im making? I can link your video in the description and say that is where I got it from. I generally dont have a diverse taste in music lol so I dont know a lot of good songs for mercy videos/montages so I tend to use other songs that ive seen other mercy players use (boss bitch, legends never die, and I also liked the song "friends again" that you used in your educational decision-making video). I can definitely find another song if you dont want me to use it but i thought id ask :) sorry that was really long lol-keep up the content too!!

If I was that Winston in Havana I would be so MAD at you 😫 I think the side by side POVs worked out amazingly!!!! It's cool to see you dodging from your POV, but it's more fun to see the frustration in your enemy's eyes 😈

ichigomilk Oh yeah that Winston was pissed and when I did the replays a few of his Teammates spammed understood after I killed him 💀😂 It was calculated tho, I specifically walked around the corner and then jumped to the other side before GAing to minimize how much damage I’d take. He doesn’t need to aim so fully making him look around for you is what works best in self defense against him. I’m glad you liked it! It was really fun to make haha.

So good! I'm trying to get better at escaping, but I feel like the enemy team focuses me super hard sometimes and my team isn't doing much to protect me.

I have the mentality that all my deaths are my fault and don’t look out for protection from my team. I mean I can move freely every 1.5 seconds only requirement is LOS, plus regen after 1 second of not taking damage. I think that mentality has helped me be more evasive overall

PoppyCorn♡ I superjumped towards the soul orb, then fell into a Reverse Ga. Reverse Ga is easiest when really close to someone and slightly above them. That’s why I used a Superjump to line it up. Depending on how high you are when you do the GA you can either go straight back, or diagonal backwards and upwards like I did here.

What are some tips for me going from pc to console. I am a diamond mercy main on pc but with the aided problem of sens on controllers and deadzones and stuff is so confusing. I haven't bought overwatch on my xbox yet but I plan too

It’s not that hard imo. The hardest part for you will probably be learning to use a controller rather than an MnK TBH. I personally use a really fast Sens. I suggest using one as well, however if you’re new to playing Ow on a controller I would suggest a slightly lower one that way you can control it. I personally play on 100/100 Horizontal/Vert. 0 aim smoothing, and on Exponential ramp. Everything else is also 0 except my Aim assist window size which is 15, and my aim assist strength which is default.

Andriatic cx and sorry, just a quick question I saw that you had 100/100 aim with no aim smoothing, so how often do you use the gun on. Mercy? I can’t see your aim being the best with a sens like that

APolishedPotato I’ve used it for a while, I definitely struggled with aim when I was setting it that high. But now, it’s not too bad. It’s all about control and practice, I try not to pistol often but I can aim pretty well when I do use it. I use Exponential Ramp, which helps me personally (because it’s faster too lol) because I use small flicks with my joystick rather than more tracking movements.

Andriatic cx so how many kills and deaths do you think you average a game?

APolishedPotato It depends on the game of course. Average mercy players have about 5 deaths per 10 in a competitive season. Currently mine is 3-4. I have low death games (0-2 deaths) pretty consistently, I try not to focus on the stats tho. As for kills, I don’t like battle Mercying unless it’s in self defense or if someone is low. So I get maybe 2-5 kills a game, but I’ve had plenty where I never pulled out the pistol at all and had 0 kills.
