The code quality of gpt4 can’t be integrated with enterprise applications, moreover there are many internal integrations with legacy system. I don’t know how ur sources are doing those jobs in FAANG level companies using chatgpt. Or are they even real or made up for your video. It does make job slightly easier, I've often found myself stuck at problems which Chatgpt has helped me solve. Often the code is trash or irrational, but nothing some editing can fix and you already got 30% of the job done. It also is a nice tool at optimizing code. So I'd say it does help you coding..

They know you haven't written it. Chatgpt makes it way to obvious, you have to customize it a lot. Many HR and hiring managers just assume that you haven't written it. My friends sister is one of them and the interview gets tougher. Just to filter out, and it's only going to get harder. Cause you can make projects from chatgpt and put it on our cv, so they'll just go way in depth during the interview.

Sure chatGPT may help some what but it's not significant enough to drive or motivate people to take up multiple jobs.
