Ahh-- Sorry I'm just going to stop you there. Anxiety can be different for everyone! I've been diagnosed with social and performance anxiety so it only really pricks up in those situations. For me it's just a feeling of utter dread and I feel nauseated and feverish. For other's it's different though, one of my closest friends feels sick, depressed, and hyperactive simultaneously.
