This company would hire anyone off the street, have no cooking skills, no ServeSafe Food Handlers cerificate,etc.Just there for a paycheck. One chef was fired for drinking booze on the job, two other emplyees quit due to the narcissistic managers,etc A local animal rescue is on the verge of closing due to financial reasons, a county animal shelter is asking for donations to feed the dogs and cats,it's goes on and on. NPR had a podcast today on gold, making fun of it being sold at Costco. But everything they are saying actually makes the case for buying it. Sent it to my 4 sisters, who love NPR. Still falling on deaf ears.

Hey JB, American management style is the problem. Most employers are assholes and do everything to harrass, impede and make workers uncomfortable as much as possible. They stomp on you to get their bonuses. When you get treated like a number, don't expect too much motivation.
