'People may die' if US cuts foreign aid, says UNAIDS chief

... International weapons sales are up 30%. From last year, alone.. Aid's been raining across the globe my whole life, and I've yet to see a good return. Everyone pulling themselves out of the pit, are doing so with their own efforts and ingenuities. The rest? Everlasting dependency and stagnation.
