My thoughts with this team. First Dark Lord Kotal: He's probably great for beginners especially if they don't have many decent options for tanks in modes like Krypts or against It Only Takes One. Osh Tek has power drain on it's special (despite not telling you I don't think, and only this summon version has it, the bronze card doesn't) so you can snare. Grapple + bleed on special 1 is decent and I think his sp2 also deals a lot of damage. Overall decent but more for beginners. Klassic Noob: Not a bad card. His Sp2 could theoretically deal a lot of damage if you take the time to somehow manage to learn to do his special 2 and get lots of chains consistently. His best source is his sp1 with each hit being classed as "unblockable". I believe every hit after affected by Ghostball classes as Unblockable and receives benefits from any effects it has such as extra Unblockable damage from talents or gaining power from Midnight Stalkers Curse(? or sight I forget). But since the opponent can't block, you can just keep attacking. And if you have Masked Ninja's call to arms (scorpion's friendship rare) that snares on sp1 or power drain on sp1 gear with WPA talent to snare them, they're trapped in a sp1 loop and can do nothing and it can't be resisted. So he's overall decent but awkward and may need to just stick with the semi Klassic Scorpion part of his passive with Ghostball. Klassic Shang Tsung: An excellent Swiss army knife. His assist is more helpful for healing rather than hurting so if you want to heal without needing healing gear, he's pretty good. Most Klassic characters are really good sp1 spammers so he is really good help for keeping Klassic team alive, especially in Krypts. His sp2 is also very versatile for whatever you need in the situation is probably the most adaptable of the selection characters. It also allows him to be a bit creative. One of my favourite things is fear spam with either Klassic Rain or Shang Tsung. If you give KST the Treasured Freebie (maxed) and use his Fear, he tags out the opponent and gains half a bar of power. Give him Rusty Chainsaw or Joker's rare, then you are basically at special 2 again. Teamed with Klassic Reptile, they also keep getting poisoned on tag in. Klassic Rain with Shang Tsung and Reptile can also do this if you have God Helpers Tanuki but it's more luck based. So overall a good character than can be useful in a wide range of situations. He is a better support for keeping teammates alive and controlling the opponents. He's the best option out of these 3.

Klassic Shang Tsung is definitely S tier because he can use any Klassic ninja characters special attack, and with him you don’t even need klassic rain on your team

Klassic shang tsung cannot apply team soaked. He can only apply soaked to 1 person at a time and klassic rain is the only one who gives klassic teammates to the ability team effects when applying on soaked enemy . So u need klassic rain anyway

@@SheLuvScar altough i disagree in the list a lot to . I think klassic shang tsung on A teir was spot on . He has good synergy and can do a lot thungs but you can litrally feel that he is not flawless(even though even i think he is great) . I think characters in s teir should not be totally flawless but i think they should be so good that to find a flaw , you need to nitpick on small things . For example : i think mk11 scorpion is a bit overused by players . I think his uncontrollability over his fire can be a flaw in some cases . See thats what you call a nit pick (altough personally i would say that i used to use mk11 scorpy but he was so good that it didnt even feel challenging and got boring thats why i only use him occasionally ) With shang tsung , his combos arent top tier (specially with him switching characters definitely has a chance to break his flow altough thats a nitpick) But i think the bigger problem is that teams usually built around him and sp1 is good . Him being a gold makes him very hard to keep spaming sp2 . And i think snare cripple and fear are the only ones in his sp2 that are worth it . Soaked requires klassic rain anyways bcoz he cant team soak without him . And his healing one sp1 isnt enough at a point where u can just ignore it . U will still need others ways to heal . Also with a lot of things he does i some times feel that i would rather have the character himself do it . Bcoz combos after sp2 are very vital for chaining is they resist something like stun , he isnt fast enough to keep going unlike klassic liu kang . So in short, His snare fear and cripple are handy His stun is just fine His soaked is just less good version of klassic rain bcoz for it to be used like rain u need rain anyway Considering his combos special attacks and versitility and some other factor like teamwork, on his own , fusion reliability ,etc He is a solid A teir character ( also he is the prfect character for A teir )

Inferno scorpion, my opinion is A tier mainly for his 5 second dmg and just having a great tag team with stun he' got me thru alot of tough battles even in fusion 8

Hey Star, idea for when you do random team in tower again. Randomly choose gear too :) If it helps you could choose which battle in tower to do, not necessarily a boss battle. But a battle that the community also struggles with, one with crazy modifiers. We might even get some more comedy gold reddit reviews from the video(s)! 😂

Dark kotal is amazing gold for his sp 2 combo with some gears like psych bomb, cleaver and all those tag in dmg gears. You tag to kotal you hit enemy with those gears summon oni. Oni dies but kotal came back with yet another tag attacks and you can do this forever :D something simmilar does mk 11 noob but he has only 3 clones but Kotal here has unlimited oni :)

Beginners tips to you:- day of the dead kitana is the best outworld character for you use her with your outworld teammates and if you kill any enemy using outworld character your character will get regeneration for 10 sec and also whole outworld team.
