I spent a week in Mojave with some people I met 2 days before. Best week of my life. One of the guys told me to read this book which reminded me of The Matrix movie but with more information. And it changed my life…so I’m paying it forward: “Man Being Volume 1: The Transmission”. The only thing that is getting in the way is my social anxiety issue - when I'm about to meet a person I get very tense and worried; my own mind wanders into the future. Or when I see a person appearing in front of me, I get a nagging feeling in my stomach area and my heart rate increases exponentially. I allow the anxiety to be there, and I even feel deeper into it - I've been doing this for a long time but it seems that the triggers of my anxiety issue are still within my subconscious. What can I do to solve my social anxiety issue and be at ease with myself in social situations? Thank you.

Go to a public place like a park or shopping centre and find somewhere you can sit down comfortably. Slow down your breathing and relax. Now quietly observe different people who walk past. Make no judgements about them, just observe each person. Make it a relaxing practice to be the observer. As the observer your attention is going out away from you and you cannot feel fear or anxiety. When you are ready, start observing people with the feeling of love in your heart. Over time all your anxiety will fade away.

i dont fully agree? but i love the idea. i find it difficult to persuade myself to believe something that does not exist for the sake of changing their future, the way you make concepts a reality is by Creating a marker, you say what is true, NOW. This means you have to accept they are unemployed. Then you can Imagine them as the future employed self, because that is where you want to go. If a sick person believes they are healthy they wont magically be healthy, it is only by acknowledging the sickness that one can start the healing. I might have misunderstood, but overall pretty cool video!

I have a slight problem like I'm going on dates trying to find someone I vibe with and most of them like me and a few don't but the ones that don't like me are always the ones I like. Is it coz I don't believe I'm good enough? Or like a familiar childhood dynamic? And how can I switch this to like people that like me back? I've tried everything like remembering everyone from a place of love, releasing resistance, feeling the feelings of having a normal happy relationship. I don't wanna manifest a stupid text message or make someone like me if they don't 😂 I want something legit like a natural mutual healthy connection. All the other areas of my life are moving by using LOA principles. Hi Diya, Maybe you are trying too hard to be like other ones would like you to be. Just be yourself and do not care about what other thinks of you, most important thing is feeling good and enjoy who you are, then you will certainly attract the right people that are just your match. Your beliefs and your thoughts about yourself play a big part of it as well. If you feel that something inside of you needs to change and then make that change. There is a very interesting book I read on a regular basis that actually gives you some good tools to change from Richard Bandler called "Get the life you want". Enjoy my dear and take care of yourself.

@@karinec8909 yeah I feel like a lot inside me needs to change lol. Like if someone tells me "I really like you" and I really like them too, my first reaction is panic so I know that can't be normal. Like I see love as some sorta threat and my brain can't process it. I'm still working on it and I've been getting partial manifestations. When I went in to write my attorney board exams after barely reading through the material and when I sing in a room full of strangers idgaf like I don't panic at all and everything always works out well. I don't even Think, my hand just writes the answers or my voice just knows the lyrics. And I want it to be like that when I'm with someone I love instead of feeling constant fear for no reason aside from my brain hardwiring from childhood.
