No that's not right.....I'm a hindhu but ravana was great devotee of God shiva ......he believe him and dedicated like any other one. till now ...who is greatest devotee of shiva ?ans ravana and kannappa .and once Narada Maharshi asked lord Vishnu "who is your greatest devotee?thought lord vishnu say his"naradha maharshi" but surprisingly lord vishnu showed a farmer. Maharshi was curious and observe him for almost one month.all he do was waking with chanting lord vishnu"om namo Narayan "and doing his regular work as farming watching his cows and all and while before eating he chanted again vishnu name and slept ...Narada Maharshi asked vishnu why he is his good devotee lord vishnu said" he believe me but not depend on me .he is doing his job with utter most dedication .answered lord vishnu then Maharshi asked but what about hanuma?yes hanuma is a great devotee of lord rama and he can do anything for rama .

That's why you will see wherever there is Shiva Linga there will be Nandi too, and not Ravana.

Kalki born assumption:- (i) Shri ram born in treta yuga at 5,114 BCE (ii) Shri Krishna born in dwapara yuga at 3228 BCE (iii) after ram died dwapara yuga starts, after Krishna died kali yaga starts (iv) So, 3228 - 5124 = 1886 is dwapara yaga's total years (v) kali yuga's total years is half of the total years of dwapara yaga so, 1886/2 = 943 years (vi) kali yuga's total years is 943 which in case kalki born already at 2967 years ago
