i got a cat to deal with a mouse problem and he became friends with the mice. at least in his mind im sure the mouse was terrified but he never killed them. same with a gecko i had who starved to death because he thought the crickets just lived with him

Squirrels would be so funny - I’d love to see cats and squirrels having to interact together, and squirrels using tools to combat the cats and tricking them. I think they could be taught how to point a laser to make the cats go away

manatees and dolphins are the likely the origin of mermaids/sirens because their hips look really human when the dive down from the surface. Like it looks like a girl having one of those mermaid parties but it's hilarious to think that someone just got a vague outline of something and was so sick and undernourished sailor dove in after it after just only seeing the fish part

Cats take as much as they give. You feed them, they show you affection and get rid of rats if its not a lousy indoor cat. They don't need washing or potty training. They're much cleaner and independent than dogs.

I like both, but currently only own two cats. One of them I trained since he was a kitten and he responds when I call him, and to everything else I taught him. The other cat I have wasn't trained but he's got lots of love and he needs a lot of attention. Cats are not just selfish they actually have a lot of personality, it just depends on how the cat was brought up, if you ignore your cat all the time and never trained them don't be surprised if they seem like they don't care.

If you get a cat to kill the mice, you arent supposed to feed them much. Theyre supposed to eat the mice and rats around the property. If you live in the city or suburbs rat cats dont make much sense.
