I hope you like reading. My thoughts: there has to be a moral dilemma when deciding to root through a dumpster. Wouldn’t that be stealing? The store is throwing it out because they don’t want it. On the other hand, they aren’t giving it away so that others can have them. What I think you should do to avoid the dilemma: ask the store for permission before rooting. If they say no, they don’t want you having it, therefore it’s stealing. If they say yes or don’t care, they’re willing to give it to those who take it. In that case, they’re donating it but just don’t want to transport the items.
