Error 291 (aka Player removed from DataModel) means that the instance resembling your existence on the server has been deleted. Before this was a thing, getting your Player instance removed would put you in a softlock, rendering the game unplayable until rejoin. Player instances contain the UI and scripts available to the player, which makes the UI, scripts, and any camera panning and zooming rendered useless, with the former two being deleted. Overall, this is basically the equivalent to kicking the player with the typical method and is used quite a lot in Script Executor games, but for the sake of not scaring people, just use Player:Kick().

for those who dont know: error 291 means that you basically got thanos snapped, and what i mean by that is that you dont exist. Your player model got deleted so now everything related to your model is gone, usually this results in a kick within the next minute but before Roblox found out about this, it was just a softlock until you left

So what the DataModel means is that it is a special application that stores all elements in the game, the player is also included in the DataModel. If they are removed from it, they will be kicked as Roblox believes you left the game. It is used as another type of kick, just scarier.

This error code tells you that your player instance (basically you) has been destroyed or its ancestry was changed (basically the new parent of the player is not the "Players" service). It can be done in 2 ways: - Use Dex Explorer Exploit script and delete yourself from there (if in studio, an explorer will be set to the left by default); - game.Players.LocalPlayer:Destroy() (if using a LocalScript. Sets the parent property to nil and does the same for its descendants, locks the parent property, and sets the "archivable" value to false); - game.Players.LocalPlayer:Remove() (also for a LocalScript. Sets the parent property to nil and does the same for its descendants, but unlike :Destroy(), you can change its ancestry again); - game.Players.LocalPlayer.Parent = nil (yet also for a LocalScript. Pretty much same as the :Remove() function). If you do this, your character will stay in-game, also still connected to the camera (since the camera subject only requires a BasePart or a Humanoid instance), have full vision around your surroundings (Still being able to move your camera) but it will not appear as a player, and you won't be able to do anything at all, such as: moving (because every player has their own character controller called "PlayerModule" in "PlayerScripts" which is parented under the player instance), chatting, performing actions, nor have scripts and GUI, because the player instance stores all of them. Back then, you wouldn't get kicked out for this, and you would just stay in-game, but not able to do anything, your character would act like an NPC.

And when i rejoin, the admin troll thing comes in (the ice cream clown). I was so frightening that i know the jumpscare was incoming, and that is when i flip my phone over. So this "Playermodel" thing is, The character and player is different and the character is in workspace (The game) player is the "who" stored in the Players folder (where people's Gui, Starter tools, and more important stuff.) And if you are not loaded or detected in the server, Error 291 will appear.
