She's always been like that & sharing some off her life's struggles without embellishments. That's ok as she's not only a celeb but there's a human being behind that, some people forget this. She's willing to share her vurnerable side too, not many can do this. I think also maybe to le people jmow she gets she's not alone & appreciates those that worry & care and support her. It's part of her life's journey which is why it's also in her documentary.
