What they mean by "Other appendages" is more or less alien parts, like tentacles, many arms ETC. I'm sure you get the point...

Aw, thanks so much! We loved running the livestream too! We tried a few different ways to keep it going, but ultimately it was (ironically) harming the channel's ability to attract new viewers. I hope to bring it back at some point in the future
