The remigrants should receive a 3 to 5 years remigrant certificate for duty-free concession. It takes time for big companies to sell out returns . Private individuals should be given more time. They should not be locked into 6 months' timeline plan, buy , ship, and leave . They need more time to build here their homes, settle in, and then furnish their home. It's good of you to give your rebuttal to issues to clear and enhance yours and the PPPc reputation. However, what the Guyanese nation needs to hear are the real issues that are of concern to the people. Large investments in digital technology and infrastructure programs, but when it comes to the people's cash grant distribution, it's self-evident that digital technology does not function or exist why? How many large contracts are awarded to PPPc cabals, ministers, their friends, and famalies who are becoming overnight millionaires with huge amounts of unaccounted weath and state assets. Contracting companies are opening up at such a rate like wild mushrooms with non performance and sub standards works. The ministeries of agriculture, housing, and public work to mention a few. What scope / type of audit is the auditor general carrying out into the public services and ministeries? Your explanations are most welcome.
