On Doc's first episode, I was thinking "oh, great, another new face. Can't wait to see what their irritating 'quirk' is", because personality 'quirks' are basically a requirement for the reactor position, with few exceptions. He's quickly become a favourite. He's funny, respectful, interacts well with everyone, and just goes with the flow. No forced "KZbin" personality or melodramatic reactions. I hope he stays.

I'm sorry it's a lot, but you can choose whatever you want to give the reactors.
