@@Maax1200 i don't think it's only rodri that's a problem but from center mid going to defense, along with injury, and squad depth in terms of which players are cycled through out games, i'd argue City are in an experimental phase tactically speaking, than it is a man to man thing, talent they have and have enough of it of an experience to back it up, we had a similar issue when kdb was not there but foden stepped up last season, we've won games before without Rodri so we simply can't rule it out because of one man, albeit his presence is good for city, the transfer season will provide a better backing for kova and rodri, that's a small issue, but i'd say city are tactically overwhelmed at the back specifically, till they find another technical point to achieve wins yet again as they do in the later stages of the season, so yes i'd say they're good without rodri, but not as lethal without him

"Obsessed with winning" yet has the best goal scorer we have ever seen and refuses to adapt tactics to be able to suit haaland better. He keeps selecting bernardo silva and gundo and they have both had very very very poor seasons so far but still get game time. He plays a stupid 4-1-4-1 formation which moves the left back and right back out of position every time we are on the ball kova has no cover so one of the CB has to step up to help which then leaves one CB defending the entire back line which is why we have given up so many counter attacks. But yeah this guy is obsessed with wining yet I can sit here and see all the problems and the issues pep is causing and he can't? Or can he see them as well but is to stubborn to fix it??? It is not difficult to see the issues so its either he is completely lost and cant see the them or he is stubborn and refusing to fix it because its his way or the highway. We found that out when he shipped palmer off the Chelsea how about when he decided that he wanted to fall out with cancelo, what about his fallout with laporte? He is sabotaging this team from the inside and I can not wait till he is gone and we get a new style of play in.
