That's it exactly. Managers with personality are rare (in the sense that they've almost had all the personality press trained out of them). Even though he was terrible at my club, that's why I liked Gordon Strachan. Two of the best managers quotes ever (in my opinion) were from him. 1) Where do you think you lost the game today? On that big green thing out there. 2) How will you deal with such a disappointing defeat? I'll take drugs and drink and smoke. The second one probably got him sacked. But still.
