By the way, I' d like to analyze that scene from the point of view that the writers-- as much as I admire them--fuck up big time. Pepa looks SO SURPRISED when Silvia said " I can't have them, remember, I got shot". They have been living together 14 months and Pepa never noticed Silvia has no monthly periods? Unless I am wrong a woman with no uterus does not menstruate, or Silvia did not talk about it much? When she got shot Pepa was still in the drawing board being created. This is my thesis that Sara is so selfish because a trait she inheredited from Auntie Pepa who is bipolar ( a little bit) and zquizophrenic--Silvia said that to Curtis and it wasn't to scare him away from Pepa--whether the writers intended that lesbians are a little off their rockets, I don't know--Silvia was a little crazy mostly before Pepa. In one episode, actually when Silvia got shot and I defied anybody to tell me Silvia was not crazy to do that! Anyway, Mariano said: Lucas is not well and Silvia has never been OK in all her life.
