An underestimated cut of beef is the chuck. The style that you cooked up looks good nd tastes delish. You can have any flavour you want. Great for stews

Very versatile cut. I usually use cheap tough cuts for braising but chuck always ends up with better texture in the end.

I usually use a London Broil cut for this braised dish. But the Chuck was better probably because a little more fat in the cut.
