Ingredients:
Marination-
Pork - 600g
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Method
•In a bowl, combine the pork with all the marinade ingredients. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
•Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 1 minute until slightly softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.
•In the same pan, add more oil if necessary. Add the chopped garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
•Add the marinated pork to the pan. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.
•Once the pork is cooked, add the garam masala, black pepper powder, and chopped chili. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
•Finally, add the sautéed bell peppers and onion back into the pan. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
•Remove from heat and serve hot.
