This program is much better than other cooking programs in other tv channels. Simple, right paced, not too fast nor too slow, with meaningful and light interactions between the participants.

Maami you are simple.....all your recipes are superb and mouth watering....The way you do the dishes very clean and crisp....am gonna try this trip combo tommorow for Saturday.
Mami , you are soooo sweet . I don’t like you but I LOVE you . I love all your recipes. There are people who think taking ghee, gingly oil, coconut oil or even taking nuts like cashews cause obesity . Sorry that absolutely a wrong notion . Taking all the above DAILY in MODERATE qty and working really hard is always good for health. In fact eating rice too much and living a sedentary lifestyle, eating all cheesy and foreign frozen products are the ones that cause lots of health issues. Right health education is a must. Whenever you use ghee I notice the anchoring lady’s reaction 😀. Poor people nowadays have a poor info on food and other habits . Better listen to your parents and grandparents , stop using cars. Get up and walk . There that is the secret. 😊

Anchor is smiling as though when previous episodes who would have watched might know that chef mam and host will be so jovial enough, even chef mam told that she will not maintain a diet, will eat whatever she wants, and will use ghee lavisingly; tats Wat, when she asked for ghee, host smiled; its not disgusting, host is so nice enough... Tatz Wat needed for this show as far as I know... So dont blame the host... And u will come to know when u watch old shows available here...

Both pepperrice and dhania rice are superb i too cook both in d same way for dhania rice i use bay leaf dalchini and pepper .for nellikaai pachchadi nellikai must be boiled seeds are removed and then ground to a paste with little seeram and ginger and salt .and then mixed with whipped curd with salt as per d taste.one thing i didnt like rice mustnot be touched with hand while adding to d masalas in d kadai .

Irritating anchor . When chef is taking ghee , other dairy products what's her pblm ( anchor ) .. irritating reaction from her... Host s fit for repeating the same words
