l love peppers (not hot) and buy them since l don't have a green thumb, but didn't know you can store them this way. What does storing them in vinegar do and can they be eaten raw after sitting in vinegar. PS! my stupid question, but like my mom used to say "there's no such thing as a stupid question".

@marycollins7058 I made pepper sauce(vinegar) used aft fish is cooked. Or any type of greens aft they are cooked. (Use vinegar not peppers. Peppers are for flavoring they stay in jar).

l buy yellow, red, and green large peppers at my farmers market and just wash and cook, never have l stored them in vinegar. l love how you grow things, is something most people do in the south. However, l am seeing more and more people in the back roads of my small rural town planting gardens and having chickens. l don't because l can't even grow a fake plant. Maybe you can do a video on why Southern women garden and grow things!
