Mots c is incredible healing peptide. Huge boost in mood libido cardio and gut health. Compliments other peptides and supplements. Only need 2 or 3mg per week. 10mg per week is high imo.

I seriously doubt that MOTSc degrades in solution. According to Jean-Francois Tremblay, a Canadian researcher who makes and tests peptide products, peptides are very stable, can even be shaken in a vial, and don't require refrigeration. He's never mentioned an exception for MOTSc.

It was thought for a long time that MOTS-C was unstable, I agree that some new studies have come out suggesting it isnt as unstable as we thought it was. I would still keep it in the fridge and use it within 3 months after reconstituting it.

Can I ask. Where did you get the stability figures for MOTS-C. I totally agree never ever buy any peptides already made up (reconstituted). But if you make your own up and put into fridge at below 5 degrees then I do not agree that it degrades immediately. In fact there are some stability studies now been carried out and it lasts much longer. I personally have stared to take 5mg every 5 days although the active half life is typically around 9 days in the body. Good luck. There were some old studies suggesting it degrades quickly. But it might be an old wives tale as companies now seem to be selling it reconstituted with no issues. The company I work with in Australia here were adamant that its half life was really short. So I trust their opinion, but I havent seen any good studies to say one way or another.

LOL! SS-31 doesn't degrade like MOTS-C does and yes safe to store it in the fridge. Dose varies depending on the source but 4mg Sub Q a day for 60 days seems to be sensible.

I mix multiple peptides into the same barrel. I have used as many as 5-6 peptides at once for a specific cocktail. I have been within peptides for over 13.5 years and have been in peptides business for over 11 years. I have never known a single case of bad side effects. We now have 77 types of peptides Good luck. These are both more diabetic peptides, however it the CKD is being driven by diabetes they might still be of benefit if you are on dialysis as they support mitochondrial function. Always talk to a health care provide before starting anything new.

There is a theory that MOTS-C is rapidly degraded, meaning it breaks down in 30mins. It is controversial if this is true or not, but if it is it means reconstituted MOTS-C will effectively be useless.

My understanding is that SS-31 needs to be done as a sub cut. Others work well as a nasal spray such as Selenak etc but they are specifically for brain health. Since SS-31's action is more systemic I suggest sticking to Sub Cut

MOTS-C is cycled and used for generally 10 weeks every 6 - 12 months. It is what I love about peptides you dont use them continuously. :-)

So is it true soon as u mix its no good after 30min? I've heard Mot-c for lyme disease which is a very big thing if true cause lyme is nasty. What about combining with methlene blue?

Great question! I dont mix my MOTS-C and I use it immediately BUT some say it is stable, including Dr Camp as he couldnt find any research to say it degrades after 30mins. I still err on the side of caution and use it straight away AND I also use it with Methlene blue that I microdose a few times as week and think its a good combo with MOTS-C. I certainly notice the days that I take both and I am a recovered from Lyme disease. :-)

Yes you can mix different peptides in one syringe, I do. The only ones I don't tend to do that with is BPC-157 and MOTS-C as they seem a little more delicate.

Not rocket science. I know you need to make money, but pretty simple to reconstitute and no need to hammer home the "practitioner" line - Especially if you're doing a whole 10mg bottle. There are places where the healthcare systems do not support the use of peptides & people need the help so provide how much bac water to add etc.
