I’m 3 days post Arthroscopic knee surgery to remove adhesions, scar tissue and clean up after bilateral patellar tendon ruptures 2 years ago. I’ve used BPC 157 and TB 500 a few months back, it did help with my SLAP tear, but didn’t fully heal it. Started a cycle 36 hours post surgery, and I can tell it’s helping with the pain and swelling. I can almost walk around like a human (slight limp). I do know that it doesn’t help almost 2 years after surgery, as the ligaments and tendons have already healed. I’m just hoping that after this surgery I’m in less pain than when I started.

I have a strain or possible small tear of the ACL. MRI just shows that the ACL is swollen and grumpy. It is weight bearing, and passes the ligament physical tests so my doctor wants to wait three months (with PT) to see if it heals on it own before jumping into surgery. I will be taking BCP 157 for a month or two then retaking the MRI. I'll update you with my results at that time :) nothing better than being my own lab rat 😅 Should I do the injects above the knee cap in the skin or at the top of the knee in the muscle there?

I just hurt my knee awaiting MRI. How’d the bpc go so far?
@alexelliotmoyers12782 ай бұрын
Honestly, and I was skeptical when I started it. It's amazing. Turns out, after a second review of my radiology report, I had a 2mm tear on my ACL. Recovery was estimated at 4 to 6 months, with only a 40% chance of healing. Within one month and doing two injections into my knee of the BCP 157, I was completely healed. My ortho was shocked and very confused and "it shouldn't be possible" I had to get a second MRI to verify what the PT reported and it clearly showed that the tear was 100% healed. In fact according to PT report, both knees fuctioned better than before the accident with a 40 lb muscle strength increase even though I was not working out during that month I was out.

So I did .25ml bcp 157 twice a day directly into the opening of my knee. There are videos about where to do the injection. I used insulin needles so it was pretty painless and almost no bleeding minus like 1 or 2 drops total for the entire month
