In the good old days in Katong, where Roxy theatre used to be, there was this famous Roxy Laksa, many Singaporean said it is the best in the whole eastern part of Singapore. Where have the gone...blowing in the wind
@w6rick120088 жыл бұрын
Yes Ricky, those were the wonderful days...just behind Roxy theatre is the seaside, also remember Katong Park, rojak stall also...Later Roxy Laksa settled at the East Coast Lagoon Food Centre for a couple of years and now it is gone forever. By the way, the original katong laksa stall has settled in Queensway shopping centre I heard. Go get it before it is gone forever too..... I am Ricky as well.,..

My trial of the soup has a bit weird bitter flavour. I'm not sure if I have made the soup too thick(but it had a beautiful mid-yellow colour) or if I have put a bit much turmerics or I've used wrong type of chili. ??

it's commonly known as galangal in english.. the Peranakans and Malays call it lengkuas. it is similar looking compared to ginger, only that it is harder n has a different fragrant to it. easily available at the wet markets and supermarkets.

I think this kind of difficult days to imagine like a subscription type of delivery job for this, like a 100% wanted food since life bad. Every g.s.t = subscription offer? I can't like coping to attacks - 1 country = 1 soul as target, isnt it like hostaging? I thinking how to create boundary.
