sir, in question no. 4 it was said that 10% of candidate didnt caste their votes then while forming the equation how can we write as 81% of 54 % - 81% of 46% =1620 because it adds up to (54+46=100)but i thimk it should be (54+36=90) because only 90 % voters voted . please reply soon sir..

Anurag Raghavan bro only 81% is valid votes the successful candidate got 54% of the valid votes(that is 81% of 54%) whereas the unsuccessful candidate got 46% of the valid votes ( ie 81% of 46%). here the difference of 1620 votes is on the basis of valid votes(81%) and not on the 90%.
