OLA for valid voters. 9/10 * 9/10 : this is after removing non & invalid voters . Take the data that must be included , not excluded. So 9/10 Basically, 8% of Valid votes(VV) . So, 0.8 *0.9*0.9 of VV = 1620. WOW!! ) FO remaining Qs, use OLA
