The P in the OPEN formula is the percentage as a decimal. If the question just asks for the percentage itself, you have to convert the decimal back to a percentage. Confusing the percent and decimal is a common trap on these questions.

Yes, you will definitely see a percentage question on the test. I would bet you’ll get a % change question near the end that’s really hard, so use the OPEN formulas and Arithmetize like I did.
