I‘m replaying the ending right now, because I want a consolation prize/escape fantasy before the end. Because she really would have rather run off to the underdark with her favorite spawn, but just had too much conviction to sacrifice Orpheus. So she gets to dream for a second before she brings down the knife. Also, that’s one pretty Githyanki. Well you have to get your murder targets alone somehow. The o'll wink, flutter of the eyelashes and charm person is a pretty good way to do it. Plus it makes you better with weapons than a sorcerer which is important for improving ones visceral painting skills and lets you gain expertise in said visceral painting performance and stealth.
