Hey lads. Tried to post this on a previous you tube episode. Didn’t seem to go through. A couple of recipes you might like to try… Smoked Redfin blennies. Mini pancakes a bit bigger than a fifty cent piece, philli cheese, smoked Redfin and fine chopped chives on top. Yabby cakes. Cooked yabby or marron tail finely chopped and mixed with mayo and breadcrumbs, then lightly fried in small Pattie’s 4 to 5cm in diameter. Place on fresh cut cucumber about 0.5 cm thick cut straight across. So you have circles! Three to four pieces of julienne cut Granny Smith apple placed on top. Great for sitting around the fire and drinking a beer or whiskey👍
