Regarding the theft of the master bolt, remember in Episode 2 that Chiron tells Percy that the gods will often try to get demigods to do what they cannot. Gods can't take each other's symbols of power, so a demigod HAS to be the thief. Now remember the conversation between Grover and Ares in Episode 5 - the demigods from Camp Half-blood visited Mt. Olympus during the winter solstice. As Grover says, that's probably when a demigod made off with the bolt. So it make senses to deduce that Ares's daughter (Clarisse) was the thief, since Ares all but confessed to Grover that he "found" said thief.

To answer your confusion. The asian principal guy wasn't Hades. Because it was a dream I guess Percy's thoughts made the only authority figure he knew his vision as Hades. Pan isn't related Grover or Augustus he is the god of nature and Pan went missing and thats their explanation for global warming and the natural world being destroyed. Since the time moved very fast in the Casino 3-4 days past. Thats why the summer solstice passed so fast. Also the whole thing where humans can't see thats going on is called "the mist" and basically its where the humans see whatever they think is going on or whatever their mind can comprehend. REMEMBER THE ORACLE SAID "YOU WILL BE BETRAYED MY ONE THAT CALLS YOU FRIEND" this is a key part into figuring out who stole the bolt. Love ur vids can't wait for EP 7 reaction.
