Percy controlled poison actually for the goddess of misery. If faced in a similar situation it may be possible for Percy to bloodbend but it hasn’t been confirmed.

In Percy’s favor, he has caused an entire earthquake/volcanic eruption before, when he wasn’t even close to being at his most powerful level (which I think is Post-Tartarus Percy). However, and this goes against the popular meme, Leo is definitely up there. I mean, he was the one to defeat Gaia! And fire is a very powerful ability. While he doesn’t have the best fighting abilities, when his fire powers are combined with his mechanical genius, he could do some truly terrifying things if he wanted to.

I doubt that Nico is the most powerful, if pushed Percy can destroy the 7 easily the limiting factor would be Annabeth as she holds him back as Piper said in mark of Athena. Nico is more comfortable using his powers to their full extent while as Percy isn't, also Hazel did not oneshot Gaea at best she stopped Aleconeus from reviving himself. If in a fight (granted feelings are not a part of the convo): Percy undoubtedly has more fighting skill than Nico and more physical strength, and in topography Percy has advantages if he is near to sea or land (He could cause an earthquake), Nico can only summon dead people if they're buried in the place they're fighting and even if they are fighting in a cemetery most of the dead there would be old so bone strength would be a major issue. The death touch would be an issue if it didn't take extreme emotional turmoil and time to charge up. Hazel says in the beginning of the son of Neptune "Until that morning, her brother Nico _had_ _been_ the most powerful demigod she knew. The others at Camp Jupiter saw him as a traveling oddball, about as harmless as the fauns. Hazel knew better. She hadn’t grown up with Nico, hadn’t even known him very long. But she knew Nico was more dangerous than Reyna, or Octavian, or maybe even Jason. Then she’d met Percy. At first, when she saw him stumbling up the highway with the old lady in his arms, Hazel had thought he might be a god in disguise.
