What happens if you drive if the character isn’t feeling well in GTA games? There’s no feeling unwell feature in GTA three GTA vice city or GTA San Andreas in GTA four Nico sometimes doesn’t feel well if you try to drive if he’s feeling unwell the car constantly goes out of control. The same goes for motorcycles it always ends in a crash since driving well unwell is illegal if the cops notice Nico gets into trouble in GTA five driving also becomes more difficult but it’s also not hard as in GTA four. If the cops notice you get a wanted level, thankfully, Trevor recovers very quickly.
