Yo bros !! 🙌 This athlete gave me a loooot of motivation these days as I focus more on weighted calisthenics, he is very complete and his youtube channel is starting to grow so follow him ! All the links are in the description ! Now let's talk about the channel, more than 1 year after my last upload ! I really thought for a moment that I would never come back, as my job as a fireman is really taking a lot of time. I'm going to upload some videos sometimes, but really not often, and more about things that motivates me. For example I think there will be less street workout compilation as it takes a lot of time to find clips/edit/etc. I also want to upload more things about me when I'll be more satisfied about my strength, do not expect big compilations but maybe some clips and progression on some skills...
