HE. President Paul Kagame has the humility and knowledge to lead Africa as a continent. God Almighty has His hand upon him. Righteousness is the call of the day and not religion. The military forces will no doubt need upgrading. There needs to be 54 million combined forces spread across the continent. The radar technology should also have a major upgrade. Any foreign military bases must be subjective. There should be combined training with allies but information technology should also play fundamental development across borders. Africa has everything it needs to expand its recruitment.
