Lemon juice - 1 Tsp.
All-purpose flour(Maida) - 1 Cup(120 gm)
Baking powder - 1 Tsp.
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Egg - 3 Nos.
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp.
Sunflower oil - 1/2 Cup (100 ml)
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp.
For Sugar syrup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 pinch
For Mango puree,
Mango pieces - 1 Cup
Sugar - 6 Tbsp
Water - 1 Cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Gelatin - 1 Tsp
Boiled water - 2 Tbsp.
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 Tsp.
Whipping cream - 2 Cup (400 ml)
Lemon Yellow colour - 2 to 3 drops
