There is no trick Just make sure to understand what each unit can do and what to counter, like melee can never beat any Flying unit, electro unit can never beat electro slime, and use it to your advantage The best stratagems for me is 1. The elemental reaction for starter Then 2. The human stratagems that allow you to get 3 lvl per kill with human units This combo work well with pyro potioneer (treasure hoarder), if you got this 2 stratagems as your starting 2 buff, just focus on leveling your pyro potioneer and you'll surely 1 hit anything other than pyro immune unit on the late game if you manage to get big enough lvl gap

Bro you are so lucky you didn't encounter a lvl 200 Enemy that solo's your whole line up

I don't think we can get to lvl 200 And it probably the pyro potioneer, so having pyro slime ready to tank it is always nice

It definitely help splitting the damage and save your backline, i once fight lvl 100+ pyro potioneer and i'm glad i put slime to tank it's damage while waiting for my damage dealer to come
