Beautiful motorhome. Awesome design Tiffin!! Love everything about this especially the washer/dryer and beautiful kitchen. The hideaway TV is a nice feature. Only negative is the location of the control and monitoring panel. No way I could reach it without a step stool. Also, LOVE that Tiffin updated the OCCC. That was the determining factor why we initially didn’t buy the Wayfayer back in 2019.

I just ask this afternoon another dealership and the cargo capacity is 740 lbs. i have the photo of the yellow sticker with same configuration as the review ( propane with washer dryer). The only issue i found is my Vin indicates a 2021 model when the title was indicating NEW 2023. But i didn’t know the JW model was existing in 2021…..??? My dealership said the JW was 740 lbs the RW was 840 lbs and the LW was a bit over 1000 lbs

I'd suggest buying used then. People have been waiting for the "bubble to pop" and "prices to come down to reality" even way before the pandemic. Remember nobody pays MSRP so your real price will usually be 15-30% less or even bigger depending on situation.

This would be my ideal motorhome to tour America. Love the desk, tv, kitchen, washer/dryer absolutely adore. 2 things I have an issue with, above the couch the bottom of the bed it's boring needs a mirror or something to break up the wall /couch colour scheme. Above the cab, if you could have a locked down strorage area for above the cab, if no bed is needed. But this is the one I would buy, somewhere to work and then relax. Goorrrgggeeeooouuusss!!! ❤️

OK Matt... As wonderful as the inside is.... Did you and Will even notice all of that storage on the outside of a B+!?!? Did you guys even notice that awesome outside wet area with the enclosed dump area... Overall I'd say this thing is really set up well... To be that small and pack all of that in to a small box is impressive!!! And that shower .... why has everyone else not started doing this???

The ford transit didn’t have the GVWR to afford it. The sprinter has 11030 lbs max and the cargo left occc on this is 740 lbs ( proof with yellow sticker). A transit currently cannot. But i heard the new transit 2023 increase the GVWR to 11000 so in theory it could if Tiffin would want it. The sprinter 2023 change the engine to a 2.0 L 4 cyl bi turbo diesel next year and the 3.0 l diesel is discontinued. So in the future, why not. The transit will have sync 4 big screen and better maintenance service and less cost. It could be good for Tiffin to switch.

Love this setup for a B+ size RV. The only critique I have is the upper cabinets located behind the Murphy bed. I couldn’t really store anything in them that I need regularly since it would require me to drop the bed to gain access. Also, the bottom of the Murphy bed looks like a great big white board to me. It would be really cool and totally useful if it is, but if it isn’t, then it is stark to look at. I am short, so access to the monitors and the over counter convection microwave would require a step ladder which is a given in my life anyway. Love that they included washer/dryer so you can full time more easily. I’ve wanted to full time, but I am single-no kids, so I don’t want or need a huge RV with multiple sleeping berths and don’t want to drive a bus. But everyone needs to wash clothes! Laundromats are problematic for me because it takes a long time to accumulate enough laundry for them to be cost and time effective. Love the amount of counter space in kitchen. There is room to actually cook. Beautiful coach. Nice to see something on the market finally that would fit my needs.

I am 5’1” and I would need a ladder to reach that control/monitoring panel lol, so that is a no go for me. Also noticed there wasn’t a clothing rod in that cabinet underneath the control panels. Kind of weird. Also think Airstream Atlas does the Murthy bed sofa combo better but did like the TV setup with a pullout desk. All in all a great floor plan with some needed tweaks.

Move the controls to above the door and within reach. (We own a 25rw … we love it). We removed the over cab cushions and use that space for storage. It’s perfect for our current 2- on the excursion !

Great presentation! A vast improvement of my 2017 Wayfarer QW. We had the 65th model in production. The standard features in JW were not even available in the first model year. Such as: Bigfoot hydraulic stabilizers; Solar Panels; 2,000 watt inverter; the revise MB cockpit area and outside cameras. All these items had to be purchased after market. This is a tremendous first with the combo w/d option. Hope they received a lot of orders for this unit. Say hi to Trent Tiffin. Best, Steve & Deb from Western Mass.

Great video.... amazing shower will look small in it. Washer , dryer, .. what I would add. Bunk over cab, at least 475 pounds. The TV looked sloppie and unfinished. A simple wood frame around the TV could work. With RV, camp sites been ripped off. Why not have small SECURTY domes up high in the outside corners. Also, the back of the RV looked great, but if there were rubber. Small bumpers in the back cornors. They could protect, the body. That is one cool, RV, I owned a 45 foot prevost in 93. Never again Parking it sucked. Driving g in LA sucked. Punks banging on the sides at wallmarts. And parking it cost as much as getting, a high end hotel suite. Great RV, tiff, did a great job. Fix the TV, raw wood showing. And hide the wires some how .

I like how you keep calling it a B+, but you know it's on a cutaway chassis so it's a C class lol besides I haven't seen any B+'s with a bunk over the cab lol nice interior colours, not so nice exterior colours but tiffin made up for it with the washer/dryer combo 👍the TV/desk combo would make a good dinette. tiffin is a great company that builds nice RVs! keep up the good work tiffin!!

Styling looks pretty dated but it’s amazing they put a washer dryer in such a short rv. I kinda like the desk but I think it needs a little work. The bathroom sink is funny looks like a ramen bowl 🤣. Looking forward to what tiffin comes up in the future seems like they’re trying to listen to what people want now.

~ hi Matt & Will (miss Andrea) ~ one important note: a Tiffin Wayfarer is NOT A CLASS B OR B+. It is a Class C. If u check their website, it will confirm that. We have a 2022 Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW. We like this new JW floorplan, especially the TV/Desk, W/D, & larger kitchen, but we would really miss our Power Theater Seats which are next to the Murphy Bed in our RW :-) *Hope u will review the new Tiffin MIDAS Class B+. thnx for all your great videos. ~

It's funny that the 'new floorplan' is copying the 10 year old Unity floorplan. Still, they've added a lot of cool ideas to it. The desk, the washer dryer, slam latch doors. I prefer the couch over the Unity's 'lounge chairs'. And they did an okish job with the OCCC, at least it's over 1000. Also the paint scheme is awesome, and I never like RV paint schemes. My complaints would be one, it's too big. Almost 26 feet long and 12 feet high is too big for a sprinter. And the other is the interior is awkward. The front cabinet hanging in space, the microwave cabinet jutting out, the sharp square corners all over to bang your elbows into, the controls you can't reach, that sort of thing. It's like the interior designer took the day off.

Not sure how anyone could live full time in a "B+" (maybe if single?), but.... Dislikes: any shade of brown for exterior paint, lack of exterior storage, no ladder (deal breaker), why didn't show the end of the murphy bed while the bed was down? could you even walk behind it? That 4" mattress looks uncomfortable, who would bother with a washer and dryer is such a small space?, plastic shower door (deal breaker)., location of generator controls (deal breaker). Like: tv position (but looks kinda funky under table), no step up to shower, Benz. Hard to believe that Tiffen came up with such a poor design. CCC? l'dmao at the msrp. (RV show is over)

This rv has a dangerously low occc. Its like 700 pounds. Lets say a man weighed 200 and his wife 140 and 300 for water then you have only 60 pounds for everything else dangerous. Most every other rv this size have an occc closser to 1400

740 lbs exactly with the propane model and all options including the washer dryer. I recommend to ask a third party to remove the generator (203 lbs) which is useless. I would put Lithionics battery 320a (68 lbs) and use the alternator 216amp or even better , install a second alternator 5500w. Of course i would remove the original lithium battery 100ah (26 lbs) and possibly the external tv to make place for a second solar panel (190w) that would give 885 lbs available but stronger coach. I would add a 4x6 cargo trailer to move the stuff on it and simply keep a limited tongue weight less than 90 lbs. it would allow 442 lbs of occupant and 340 cargo inside the coach with around 100 lbs for water. And the cargo trailer can handle 2000 lbs and more. Without the cargo trailer, this coach is difficult to be usable realistically.

They say in the video that that cargo carrying capacity is 1,150 lbs. Not 700 lbs. That is only for models 2020 and older. Tiffin corrected the issue with 2021 and newer. If you listened to the video, you would hear them say it as they read the sticker on the door at 7 minutes and 25 seconds into the video. Not trying to be rude but the whole point of the in depth review is to go over all the specs. and features and you are stating incorrect information.

@@sorta.cinderella i have nothing against these reviewer but something is not correct. i have the yellow sticker on the 2023 tiffin wayfarer 25jw. It indicates 740 lbs cargo. With all the options mentioned in Matt’s review + the external tv (14 lbs LG 32 inch) What do you say about that? Do you want i send you the photo? I like this wayfarer but after thinking the cargo capacity is too low and mercedes maintenance difficulties and cost made me searched somewhere else. I think they have a prototype in this review. They probably didn’t include a lot of thing when they weighted it. Certainly not the high end extra heavy washing / air dryer combo machine (Splendide model is 148 lbs too heavy anyway, i found machine at 56 lbs and portable at 28 lbs) and probably a lot of other options. ( solar, propane, fuel, ) i don’t know but the difference between 1100 and 740 lbs is significative.

It is in fact 740lbs however the competition does not have the washer dryer Splendide which weight 148 lbs ( which is removable because it is an option) and also the other does not have the diesel generator but a more lightweight and inferior propane generator. They also don’t have the bigfoot used in the Tiffin class A motorhome. The bathroom is also one real bathroom residential not simply glue panels. The woods are also higher quality and there is bed for three and not for two like all other Sprinter..quality seems better on Tiffin and it is the best floorplan for a Sprinter. However i agree to be usable the generator and the washer dryer needs to be remove. I found a nice portable washer dryer only 28 lbs so you save 120 lbs here and the generator is very very noisy and it is better to have more battery and panels so you save 203 lbs by removing it. By removing the external tv but adding an extra lithium battery and an extra 190lbs panel the occc would be 1021 lbs with 200ah lithium and 380 rigid GoPower solar panels. It is not too bad. But for me the issue is much more the high cost of Mercedes maintenance and the difficulties to find dealership to maintain it apparently. Ford have improved their chassis now to 15000 lbs so same as Nercedes with sync 4 and awd with cheaper gas v6 engine ecoboost. Tiffin should switch to Ford. It has now same GVWR and it is awd and no diesel.

Great review guys! Question: I couldn’t see in the video how someone is supposed to get in and out of the bunk while the Murphy bed is deployed. It seems like the bed would block the ladder. It wouldn’t be much fun to have our son just jump down onto our bed in the middle of the night when he needs to hit the head. Other than that and the placement of the controls, this rig is awesome!

That is a fault of most of the front end beds and over the cab sleepers. Not sure how they would resolve it. Good point though.

Matt I am in love with this and I was very disappointed when I found out that the Murphy can only be used with the slide out. So I took some initiative and called Greg a technician at the factory and he said that he would check to see if the tv from the Midas would be available to swap out the desk and hopefully the Murphy will work. He’s supposed to be getting back with me Monday

Great B+ but worry about CCC, which I don't believe was mentioned. Everything is beautiful but I have one nitpicky thing that I have about a lot of motorhomes. I don't want to look at the toilet in the door of the bathroom which you see from everywhere in the unit. I prefer the toilet out of sight. But that's just me.

Leg supports on the murphy bed need to be more like the Winnebago View/Navion 24D (actually the whole murphy bed setup is better - don't need to remove the cushions, slats under mattress, leg support storage/setup, and still have storage underneath). I still love Tiffin, but Winnebago has a better design on the murphy bed.

For me and my husband would be a perfect RV but I would like to upgrade the kitchen I would like to have an oven and 3 burners instead of 2 it has a plenty space on the counter top, pattern of the balance isn’t my favorite and the control panel is to hard to reach out liked a lot with some improvements we aren’t looking nothing bigger than this it’s perfect for 2 people and drive around the world awesome 👍🏻👋🏻🙏😷

The wayfarer has sumo spring which help the ride. I don’t think so. Everything bounce in a rv. The tv furniture serve as a dinette wirh two provided chairs and there is two table the big surface (when tv is closed) and the table under that can slide. It can be use as computer desk as well. It is the best feature to my opinion with the bathroom and washer dryer. The sofa has also two table that can be attached for multi purpose.

Man this is a wonderful little unit for sure. I love the colors, love the bathroom very tastefully done, love the sofa, kitchen and really love the desk and tv layout(all though I would have to paint something around the TV , the raw wood just doesnt look good). But this unit has everything I would want in a RV tankless hotwater heater to the solar and even the bed space for taking the grandkids with me.... everything in one nice neat package. Only 2 things I wish I could change is the controls to be more reachable and of course a much better price. lol other than that it couldn't be more perfect. oh maybe a fireplace but where would you put it?

Pretty amazing OCCC with a W/D combo on board. It was hard to tell for sure but it doesn't look like you could service or remove it with dismantling the casework though.

It is 740 lbs. it would be fantastic to be 1150 lbs but it is wrong. Probably this is a prototype that was weighted before the options like the washer dryer (148 les) and generator (203 lbs) and the cell and wifi booster or the vaccum. I have the full list of option included in the 740 lbs cargo if you want.

Isn’t a B+ supposed to have cabinets over the cab versus a bunk? Also it would have been better televator(?) versus the current position of the TV. Do they have this model with theater seating? Cargo capacity is great.

There is already one lithium and one 190w Go power solar panels. The top roof cannot handle more than two to my opinion. I would upgrade to a lithionics 320a (68 lbs) and 3000w xantrex (16.5 lbs onstead of 14.7 lbs for the xantrex 2000). But electric battery cannot provide the energy for heating. A simple heater use 1500w. Propane is the way to go for the cooktop and heater. They also propose a Elwell hydronic heating system which use diesel and delete the propane tank. The gas cooktop is replaced with induction cooktops. The Elwell use 0.6 L /hour of Diesel. The coach is limited by the 11030 lbs of the 3500xd chassis. And the cargo for the 2023 jw 25 is 740 lbs and not 1150 lbs as the review specify. I have the yellow sticker picture of a wayfarer identical (propane + washer dryer) it is only 740 lbs. i think for this coach we must remove the generator (203 lbs) which is also very expensive and of course the single lithium battery and replace it with the 4096wh 320a at 12.8V lithionics that have the second alternator port. Adding s second alternator 5500w would replace the generator.

My opinion is that you do need a dinette. How am I supposed to eat my Cheerios sitting on the couch, or worse yet my spaghetti.

The flip up tv stand serves as a dinette with two foldable chair provided. And you have the main tv table and the table foldable just under to put the food. The sofa has also two tables that can be attached and rotate. You would have plenty of place to eat.

Except for the placement of controls, this is a wonderful design. The bed over the cab is not a great design but I'd want it for our grandson.

Love....love....love this unit! Wow! I agree with your likes and dislikes. I would just get rid of the bunk over the cab. The back of the couch/bottom of the Murphy bed looks like a dry erase board. That needs something there....looks weird and bland. I love the desk area...but all of those wires showing looks unruly. And where those controls are....no bueno! Needs a ladder for the roof. Does this have a portable table? I didn't see one but thought I saw a place for one. A little outside kitchen would be cool. A few other tweaks and this world rock! Even the ccc isn't bad at all for a Mercedes. I think I need to put this on my list.

The occc is wrong. It is 740 lbs. i have the photo of the yellow sticker for a wayfarer 2023 JW 25. It is 740 lbs with this configuration propane and all the options including the washer dryer. It would be fantastic if it was 1150 lbs but it is NOT.

I like this unit. For a Tiffin the price is not a shock. Amazing use of space. I would have a small step stool for the controls and a chair for the workstation. The only negative is I am not a fan of the curtains I the shower. That and the drawer hitting the floor 😀 To me this is an one person unit. Two people in that small a space is divorce waiting to happen. Now can I borrow about 194k to buy this?

I don't like where the controls are, very inconvenient place for them and I am not a short person! I don't like the bathroom sink, never been a fan of those type of sinks! Not crazy about the valances! What i love the most is that washer/dryer combo in a class B+! Thats totally awesome 👌! Also love the tv/desk combination! Great idea Really like that the kitchen has pantry/storage space! Don't like the price tag...way over my budget!

I saw this unit at the Tampa show. The best shower out of all the class C competition. Washer dryer combo is a big plus too. The oven is too high, it needs to be under the stove top. There needs to be a window over the cab and I would rather have a televator than a fold away tv/ desk. This unit is super nice it just needs a few tweaks.

Love the washer/dryer, the shower and the tankless hot water! The desk/TV station is also really cool! I like having an overhead bunk and I really like how the did the struts for lifting part of the overhead bunk out of the way. The aircraft door and screen is also a great feature. Tiffin did a great job! The only thing I don't like is there is no dinette.

Tv is a bad idea as you have to clear the desk to raise the tv and you lose storage in the desk.

Aww man! I wish this had come out before the Tampa show. By the time I got to the Tiffin area, I was so exhausted, I didn't really look at anything. I would have loved to check this one out. Great floorplan! I'm even ok with the 74" bed because of the size of this RV. I always like a murphy bed for small units like this, because I don't have to remake the bed every night, but the bed is out of the way during the day. I also love the TV / desk area. I think that's a fantastic idea and implementation, and is something I would 100% use. Sinking the floor of the shower down like they did was a great idea. I was shocked to see how much room Wil had in there. Add the good size fridge and the very unexpected W/D, and this is as close to perfect (for me) that I've ever seen. Great job Tiffin!!! The #1 thing I'd change is the chassis. I just find the Mercedes chassis to be too expensive and have too little CCC for me. I'd much rather it be on the AWD Transit chassis. Also, the doors on the fridge should open the other way so that the opening is in the direction of the kitchen counter.

Great unit,, awesome layout. One recommendation, make the Murphy bed bigger and manual. Take a look at Renagade or leasure coaches bed set up. Also great washer/dryer and love the kitchen set up. 9 out of 10. Work the bed issue and you have a 10.

#1 Like........Office unit, no televator....#2 Color, light more room #3 Washer dryer combo.....unbelievable...... #1 Dislike Slide out, PW had the Murphy Bed down pat.....in the Plateau XLMB, #2 There is no such thing as a B+, that is an advertising gimmick if you look at the registration it will be a CLASS C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (slide out is just another part/combo dislike) #3 Surface mount Sink in the bathroom, nice size but am not a fan!. All in all this is a Very Class Act, and being that PW is no longer making CLASS C's, this would be our choice, and the Combo would seal the deal!

Love the floorplan, love the product however the OCCC is so low. I don’t know how anyone can even use this vehicle. At 750 pounds, with two occupants, and a dog you’re already over the carrying capacity with just a few items inside. Definitely not suitable for full-time living. it’s really disappointing. This was my favorite B+. But we’ve had to move onto the Winnebago, Navion, or view.

All great. After researching the Mercedes Benze chassis class c. Concerns Diesel motor EPA pollution control. Partical filter burn off cycle. It can have problems. Then you have 10 start ups on check engine light on your way to expensive Mercedes Benz dealer. Next Firefly flatscreen failed. Holding tanks reading incorrectly. Screen also said battery dead to coach. Camping world by 5 said were closing stay 500 feet away at our campground. Bring it back Saturday morning. Brand new with problems. Next morning Mercedes would not start. Techs came over. Key fob override started it. Back at dealer. Firefly system like you touch phone needed a software update. They had no idea how to fix it. Got my 2020 Jayco class c chevy v8 vortec back 27n unit to be exact. Just liked the smaller hi tech unit. It's a major red flag for us. So from Maryland to Alabama. Not happy. Full refund and old camper I love more than ever. Be careful what you wish for. Also you can rent alot of vacation space for 117 grand.

Great Layout!! Love the galley kitchen, counter space and built-in desk/tv and forget about that bathroom - absolutely love the step in/down shower!! A true contender to LTV options...would love to see a modernization of styling...maybe someday, American designers/builders will learn how to make rounded and smooth edges, moving away from panel doors???

Nice review. Only issue is that from another dealership, i got the cargo capacity with exact same configuration except having also the external tv (14.1 lbs). It is only 740 lbs, not 1150 lbs. i cannot explain the 410 lbs for nearly the exact same config. The washer dryer is on both config (148 lbs). At 740 lbs i don’t see other solution than removing the generator (203 lbs) to get back some cargo for the water and cargo. Does Tiffin can remove the generator like Leisure Travel Van do for their murphy bed Unity ?

I love this RV. I love the bathroom and roomy shower. The automatic bed is a great feature. There is also great counter space in the galley. Improvement ideas would be put the controls in a more reasonable location for people who aren't 6'+, a couple shelves in the second closet for linens, ditch the cutting board and make it a place for knives. Velcro or secure the couch cushions and add a picture above the couch. I am happy to see the generator.
